NEW GAMES!!! THE ROOM THREE AND OMEGA AGENT!!
New Games Fun!!
Well, we’re very excited to announce not one, but two new games!
In spring 2015 ‘The Room Three’ will launch on the Apple App Store, shortly followed by the Android release. This eagerly anticipated new chapter of the multi-award winning ‘The Room’ series promises to evolve the mysterious story and take puzzle solving to higher and weirder places than ever before.
We have also been working hard on a brand new game called 'Omega Agent', developed exclusively for Samsung Gear VR. Set on a remote island training facility for cold-war super-spies, the player straps on a prototype nuclear-powered jetpack and blasts around a city filled with breath-taking events and daring missions. Master them all and you too could graduate as an elite spy, the 'Omega Agent'.
‘The Room Three’ and ‘Omega Agent’ will both be playable on the show floor at EGX London from 25th-28th September 2014, so if you’re around come and say hello and be among the first to experience our new games. To find out more about EGX and buy tickets please click here.
The Samsung Gear VR is a virtual reality headset built in partnership with Oculus which has just been announced today. You can read all about it by clicking here.

"MOBILE IS BURNING" ARTICLE ON POLYGON
How free-to-play binds the hands of devs who want to help
Video game website Polygon asked Fireproof's Commercial Director Barry Meade to write an 'opinion piece' on our experience making games on mobile platforms and why we decided to sell our games at a fixed 'premium' price rather than following a free-to-play or in-app-purchase model.
Barry's piece has caused a few ripples throughout the industry, and is well worth a read if you have an interest in the current state of mobile gaming and its possible future. You can read it by clicking here.
