Fireproof Studios Ltd understands you care about how information about you is used, shared and stored. We respect the privacy rights of the consumer, and recognise the importance of protecting your information. The below policy explains how we handle your information in relation to Apple Arcade.
This policy ONLY relates to Fireproof Studios’ Apple Arcade games. These terms apply to the use of games and other products developed by Fireproof Studios Ltd(also known as Fireproof Games) (‘Fireproof’ / ‘we’ / ‘us’ / ‘our’). This privacy and data policy (“Privacy Policy – Apple Arcade”) applies and has effect in respect of all our games on the Apple Arcade service. It is not valid for our games on Apple’s standard AppStore or other platforms.

WHAT INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU – APPLE ARCADE
Our Apple Arcade games use only services provided by Apple. Fireproof do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers from our Apple Arcade games.
The Apple Arcade versions of our games make use of certain non-identifiable information. Our games do not send this data to Fireproof Studios. All data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or sent only to Apple for use with Apple’s Game Center (Achievement progress) or Apple iCloud (game save data).
If you do not want the Games to collect this data and information, then you must delete the Games for your device(s) and remove save data from iCloud.
In order to participate in Apple’s Game Center, the Games may also collect (i) your Apple Game Center game Player ID and (ii) your progress in the Games (e.g. chapters completed). To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings.
From Apple, we may receive non-identifiable usage data via App Analytics.

We collect information from you when you voluntarily enter and submit information on our website(s) form(s) via the contact us page or the Support Centre.

WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO PARTIES OUTSIDE OF THE APPLE ARCADE SERVICE
Outside of the Apple Arcade service your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any outside party without your consent by Fireproof Studios Ltd, unless to comply with the law.
To Apple, we may send automatically collected non-identifiable information as previously described to Apple’s iClould for save games and Apple Game Center for achievements.
Be aware Apple Arcade may have their own Privacy Policy relating to the use of the Apple Arcade service, Apple Game Center and iCloud.
GUIDELINES FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS
In our games we handle data from children under 13 years of age, or equivalent minimum age in the child’s relevant jurisdiction, in the same way as other users and as described in this Policy. We limit our data collection and use to persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the game only. If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for our game and signing your child out of Game Center. If you wish to request deletion of the data we have collected as described in this Policy, please contact us info@fireproofgames.com.
Regarding our Online Services we do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. Our terms of use prohibit users aged under 13 years from accessing our Online Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13 years of age please contact us at info@fireproofgames.com.
